Por meio do WhatsApp, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o oferece um canal simples e acess\u00edvel para que a usu\u00e1ria relate sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o e, quando necess\u00e1rio, solicite uma medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia.<\/p><p data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"1118\">Durante o atendimento, a intelig\u00eancia artificial conduz a conversa em linguagem simples, identifica situa\u00e7\u00f5es potencialmente relacionadas \u00e0 viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e coleta as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para dar continuidade \u00e0 solicita\u00e7\u00e3o. O sistema tamb\u00e9m auxilia no preenchimento do Formul\u00e1rio Nacional de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Risco (FONAR), reunindo dados sobre a v\u00edtima, o agressor e a ocorr\u00eancia.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"1qd6x3p\" data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1155\">Como utilizar a JuLIA Sentinela<\/h3><p data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1281\">O acesso \u00e9 realizado diretamente pelo WhatsApp. A partir da conversa com a JuLIA, o atendimento acontece de forma orientada:<\/p><ol data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1973\"><li data-section-id=\"1opw0xg\" data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1356\"><strong data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1333\">Inicie a conversa com a JuLIA pelo WhatsApp<\/strong> e descreva a situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"aajbd5\" data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1460\">A intelig\u00eancia artificial analisa a mensagem e identifica poss\u00edveis ind\u00edcios de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"164tco\" data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1572\">Caso seja necess\u00e1rio, o sistema apresenta a possibilidade de <strong data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1571\">solicitar uma medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1x6c10y\" data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1695\">A usu\u00e1ria responde \u00e0s perguntas apresentadas para fornecer as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias e preencher a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de risco.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1rdgy1r\" data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1803\">Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o, os dados s\u00e3o organizados e o pedido \u00e9 encaminhado ao ju\u00edzo competente por meio do PJe.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ig66n8\" data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1973\">Com a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do pedido, o magistrado respons\u00e1vel recebe uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o pelo WhatsApp para dar ci\u00eancia \u00e0 nova solicita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2221\">Caso a conversa precise ser interrompida por quest\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a, o atendimento pode ser retomado posteriormente do ponto em que foi interrompido, mesmo que a usu\u00e1ria tenha apagado a conversa com o chatbot.<\/p><p data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2587\">Al\u00e9m de simplificar a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, a JuLIA Sentinela contribui para reduzir o tempo entre o pedido de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e a ci\u00eancia do magistrado. A integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre atendimento, PJe e notifica\u00e7\u00f5es em tempo real busca proporcionar uma resposta mais r\u00e1pida em situa\u00e7\u00f5es nas quais o tempo pode ser determinante
